To ensure the highest standards for our students and partner schools, we require our teachers to be certified. You must hold a recognised Level 5 TESOL qualification (such as the Trinity CertTESOL or CELTA) or an accepted 120-hour TEFL certificate or equivalent. Many successful candidates taking certificate courses and qualifications with us are offered the chance to begin their teaching careers almost immediately after completion.
Experience is also highly valued, so it is important for those seeking work to initially maintain availability for supply work, as successful part-time contracts often lead to a permanent full-time post.
